These terms govern participation in the CoreBack Ledger Referral Program. By sharing a referral link, you agree to these terms.
Both the referring account and the referred account must be active CoreBack accounts in good standing. The referred account must be a new user — no prior registration under the same email address or billing entity.
The paid-plan reward is 10% of the referred account's first full monthly invoice amount (excluding taxes). The free-tier reward is +30 item slots for 90 calendar days. Rewards are calculated at the time of the referred account's first billing event or activation.
Statement credits are applied to the referrer's account within 5 business days of the qualifying activation and reduce the referrer's next invoice dollar-for-dollar. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are forfeited upon account closure.
The referred shop receives 10% off their first paid invoice, applied automatically at checkout. The discount applies to the base plan price only, not to add-ons, taxes, or overages.
A referred account that activates on the free tier may still generate the paid-plan reward if they upgrade to a paid plan within 12 months of their initial signup date.
Account credits are valid for 24 months from issuance. Item-slot bonuses expire after 90 calendar days. Unused credits do not roll over beyond the 24-month window.
If the referred account receives a full refund on their first invoice or cancels before the first billing cycle completes, CoreBack reserves the right to reverse or withhold the associated referral credit.
There is no limit on the number of referrals per account. Each qualifying activation earns the applicable reward, and credits accumulate.
Self-referrals, coordinated referral rings, fake account creation, or any other manipulation of the referral system will result in immediate disqualification of rewards and may result in account suspension. CoreBack's determination is final.
CoreBack reserves the right to modify or discontinue this referral program with 30 days' notice posted at hourlyroi.com/referral. Changes do not affect credits already applied to accounts.
Referral links are tied to the originating account and are non-transferable. Credits earned under this program cannot be transferred to another account.
This referral program is subject to CoreBack Ledger's general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict, the general Terms of Service govern.
