CoreBack's brand is built on privacy and honesty. Affiliates are partners in that promise, not just traffic sources. Violating these guidelines risks account termination.

Privacy-first messaging required
CoreBack is a browser-based, privacy-first tool. Your content must reflect that accurately. Do not claim data is "never stored anywhere" or make blanket privacy guarantees beyond what the product documentation states.
🚫
No dark patterns
No fake countdown timers, no false scarcity ("only 3 spots left"), no misleading before/after claims without attribution. Urgency must be real and disclosed. We will terminate affiliates for violating this without notice.

FTC disclosure required
You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to CoreBack. A statement like "I earn a commission if you purchase through my link" in reasonable proximity to the link is sufficient.

No branded keyword bidding
Do not run paid ads targeting "CoreBack", "CoreBack Ledger", "hourlyroi.com", or obvious misspellings. Bidding on unbranded auto-shop or repair-management terms is permitted.

Recovery rates, time savings, and ROI figures in your content must cite a source or be clearly qualified as estimates. You may use the benchmark data from our /resources/embed page.

Sending cold email campaigns promoting CoreBack is prohibited. Newsletters to subscribers who opted in are fine. Personal outreach to individuals you have a genuine relationship with is fine.

Q01When does the 20% commission start?
Commission accrues from the first paid invoice of the referred shop. The 12-month window begins on their first paid billing date, not on the signup date. If they sign up on the free plan and upgrade 3 months later, you earn 20% for the 12 months starting from upgrade.
Q02How exactly is "first-year revenue" calculated?
It is 20% of each monthly invoice the referred shop pays during their first 12 paid months. For Solo ($49/mo) that is $9.80 per month × 12 = $117.60 total. For Multi ($149/mo) it is $29.80 per month × 12 = $357.60 total. Taxes and adjustments are excluded.
Q03When and how do payouts happen?
Commissions are held for 60 days after the invoice date (to cover refund windows), then become eligible. Eligible balances are paid on the 1st–5th of each month via PayPal or ACH bank transfer. Minimum payout threshold is $50; balances below $50 roll to the next month.
Q04What if the referred shop churns and resubscribes?
If a shop cancels and resubscribes under the same account, the 12-month commission window does not reset. If they create a new account entirely, that is treated as a new referral if they click your link again.
Q05Can I have multiple UTM links for different channels?
Yes. After approval you can request additional UTM codes tied to your affiliate account (e.g., one for your newsletter, one for your blog). Each is tracked separately so you can see which channel converts best.
Q06Is there a limit on how many shops I can refer?
No cap. Every active referral earns commission for their full 12-month window simultaneously.
Q07What happens if I violate the guidelines?
First violation: warning and required content edit within 48 hours. Second violation or severe first violation (dark patterns, fraudulent traffic): immediate program termination and forfeiture of unearned commissions. Earned commissions already past the 60-day hold remain payable.
Q08Are coupon sites or cashback sites allowed?
Not by default. If you operate a deal or cashback site and want to partner, contact us directly at hello@hourlyroi.com — we evaluate these case-by-case.

  2. 02. The 12-month window begins on the referred shop's first successful paid invoice, not on their signup date.
  3. 03. Commissions are held for 60 days after the applicable invoice date before becoming payable.
  4. 04. Minimum payout is $50. Balances below threshold roll forward to the next monthly payout cycle.
  5. 05. Payouts are processed monthly (1st–5th) via PayPal or ACH. Affiliate is responsible for providing accurate payment details.
  6. 06. CoreBack reserves the right to withhold or claw back commissions on orders later refunded or charged back.
  7. 07. Fraudulent traffic — including self-referrals, click farms, or incentivized clicks — voids all related commissions and terminates the affiliate account.
  8. 08. Affiliates must comply with all guidelines at all times. Material breach may result in immediate termination without notice.
  9. 09. CoreBack may modify commission rates with 30 days written notice to active affiliates. Changes apply to new signups only; existing referred shops continue under the rate in effect at their first paid invoice.
  10. 10. This program is available to individuals and entities worldwide. Affiliates are responsible for their own tax obligations on commission income.
  11. 11. CoreBack does not guarantee minimum earnings. Commission potential depends entirely on affiliate activity and audience fit.
  12. 12. These terms are governed by California law. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules, individually (no class actions).
